Imily Clothing is a tops supplier in Guangzhou, China, working with importers, wholesalers, print studios and independent brands that need custom t-shirts, hoodies, polos and knit tops made without opening a buying office in China. Our own team handles fabric sourcing, pattern making, size grading, sampling, printing, trims and labels, and the sewing runs with the factories we have worked with for years — one contact from your first artwork to the final carton.

We have supplied tops to buyers in Australia and Europe since 2012, from basic jersey t-shirts to heavyweight fleece hoodies and fine-gauge knitwear.

What we make

• T-shirts. Crew and V-neck, boxy and fitted, oversized, long and short sleeve, in single jersey, slub and heavyweight cotton.
• Hoodies and sweats. Pullover and zip hoodies, crew sweatshirts, raglan and varsity styles, in French terry, brushed fleece and loopback.
• Polos, shirts and blouses. Piqué polos, oxford and poplin shirts, viscose and crepe blouses.
• Knit tops. Sweaters, cardigans and fine-gauge pullovers — the yarn and gauge side sits with our custom knitwear line.
• Basics and tanks. Rib tanks, crop tops, bodysuits and layering pieces.

Printing, embroidery and finishing

• Screen print, DTG and digital print, including puff and discharge.
• Embroidery — flat, 3D puff, chenille and tackle twill.
• Appliqué, patches, heat transfer and woven badges.
• Custom neck labels, size and care labels, and your own hang tags and packaging.

Fabric and construction

Fabric is where a t-shirt lives or dies, and it is the part we control most closely. Cotton, organic cotton, recycled polyester, cotton–poly blends, viscose, modal, French terry, fleece and interlock are bought to your spec, with GSM, hand feel and shrinkage confirmed on a test wash before bulk. • Fit and grading. Your size chart, or graded from a size you already sell.
• Colour. Pantone matched, garment-dyed or piece-dyed.
• Weight. From a light 140 GSM summer tee to a 400 GSM heavyweight hoodie.
• Your brand. Labels, tags and packaging — nothing on the garment mentions us. More on private label tops.

Minimum order, sampling and lead time

The minimum is 100 pieces per style, split across sizes and up to three colours. Sampling is 7–10 days, and bulk production is 20–45 days after you approve the sample. Sample fees are RMB300 for a T-shirt and RMB500 for other styles, credited back on the bulk order. How we keep quality right

• Fabric and GSM checked against the approved swatch before cutting.
• Print and embroidery placement signed off on a pre-production sample, then a wash test on the print before bulk.
• Two inspection rounds — after sewing and again before packing.
• Piece-by-piece measurement against your size chart.

Questions buyers ask

Can you match a print or embroidery I already sell?

Yes. Send us the artwork or a sample piece and we will match the print method, the colours and the placement, then confirm it on a pre-production sample before bulk.

Do you take small first orders?

Yes — 100 pieces per style, which is why the business is built around our low MOQ structure. If this is your first collection, see how we work with new brands.

Can the tops carry my own label?

Fully. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging can all carry your brand, and nothing on the garment mentions us. Labels and swing tags are made from 1,000 pieces; the garment minimum stays at 100.

Where do you ship?

We deliver door to door with DDP to the United States, all of Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with the duties paid before the goods reach you.
