Imily Clothing is a childrenswear supplier based in Guangzhou, China, working with importers, wholesalers, retailers and independent brands that need kids' clothing developed and delivered without opening a buying office in China. Our own team handles fabric sourcing, pattern making, size grading, sampling, trims and labels, and the sewing runs with the factories we have worked with for years — one contact from the first design to the final carton.

Materials and trims come first with kids' wear

Childrenswear is the one category where the fabric choice is not only about look and price. A kids' garment gets washed far more often than an adult one, so shrinkage and colourfastness matter before anything else, and the trims have to be soft, securely attached and safe for the age group the style is sold to. Tell us which market the order is going to at the sampling stage, so the fabric and trims are chosen with that in mind from the first sample rather than after bulk.

What you can change on an order

• Fabric. Cotton, organic cotton, jersey, French terry, fleece, interlock and blends — bought to your spec through the Guangzhou textile market, or from a mill you already use.
• Fit and size grading. A wide size curve from baby to teen, graded against your chart.
• Colour and print. Pantone matching, custom prints and placements.
• Trims. Soft buttons, covered snaps, safe zips, drawcords and elastic, matched to the age group.
• Your brand. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging — nothing on the garment mentions us. More on private label kidswear.

Minimums, sampling and lead time

The minimum is 100 pieces per style, split across sizes and up to three colours — practical for kids, because one style can run from size 2 to 12 inside a single order. Sampling is 7–10 days once the fabric is confirmed, and bulk production is 20–45 days after you approve the sample. A sample fee of RMB500 applies per style and is credited back on the bulk order. Quality control

• Fabric and shrinkage checked on arrival — a kids' garment shrinks more on the first wash, so it is tested before cutting, not after.
• The approved sample is the reference, and the first pieces off the line are checked against it.
• Two inspection rounds — after sewing and finishing, and again before packing.
• Piece-by-piece measurement against your size chart, with every trim pulled and checked.

Questions buyers ask

Can you run a full size range from baby to teen?

Yes. One order can cover a full size curve, and each size is graded against your chart rather than scaled by eye.

Do you take small first orders?

Yes — 100 pieces per style, which is why the business is built around our low MOQ structure. If this is your first collection, see how we work with new brands.

Can the range carry my own label?

Fully. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging can all carry your brand, and nothing on the garment mentions us. Labels and swing tags are made from 1,000 pieces; the garment minimum stays at 100.

We deliver door to door with DDP to the United States, all of Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with the duties paid before the goods reach you.
