B2: Parking area

Some of the shops may quote a really low price, the quality maybe bad or fabric with defective, some shop have more loss meters, so while asking price, please make sure that the price are on the same page. Because there is a unspoken rules in this market, pay for 100 meters you will get from 90-99 meters, so the price they quote are different. Some shops quote cheaper but not really.

Floor 2-4 also have C/D/E/F Areas.
There are no obvious fabric partitions above the second floor. Knitted fabrics are more expensive than the first floor. Most knitted fabrics have been processed to make the fabrics feel smoother, softer or more comfortable, you can find more composition like modal, bamboo, viscose ect. They have uniforms fabric, for suit, shirt, skirt and other work wear fabric.
You can also find woolen fabrics, fleece fabrics, towel fabric, woven cotton print fabric, linen fabric,velvet fabric etc. On these floors, most of them are middlemen. They can not delivery on the same day, mostly 2-3 days later. And the price is generally more expensive than the first floor, quality also better.
5-6 floor, mostly are showroom and office
usually they are for custom order fabric and heavy customers, so there only a few people around.
7 floor, There is a large exhibition hall and restaurant.

3rd floor: Warehouse for 1st and 2nd floor supplier.
The market next to the Ruikang lace market, have another name ‘wufeng east’ market. From the beginning mostly selling pu/faux leather, suede and ribs, you can find all kinds of faux leather for garments. Ribs mostly black and white in stock, others need to order MOQ 100pcs, can delivery in next day.
At the other side are selling all kinds of linings, plain color, print, satin, TC pocket fabric ect. Mostly have stock in the shop, you can pay then take.
Changjiang international textile city
Changjiang international fabric city is on the opposite of of Guangzhou international textile market. The road in middle is name Ruikang road. Here have around 1.000 standard shops, mostly are small shops. Mostly are cheap fabrics, like rayon, rayon print, chiffon, chiffon print, sports mesh fabric, woven cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blend, pant fabric.
In second floor there are half shops selling work wear uniforms and half selling fur items. If you are looking for uniform fabric, specially for the office uniform fabric you should come here to check. It’s the only market that has so many shops gather selling uniforms material.
Shunjing denim jeans market
Next to the west gate of changjiang fabric market, you can find all denim fabric in this market, more than 85% of the denim fabric in zhongda fabric market are sell here. The fabric price range is from 15-20 RMB/Y, the denim fabric are sell by yarns, 1 yarn = 0.9144 Meter. The shrinkage of different fabric, color and roll are different. So need to test on the shrinkage on the fabric before cutting and grade size, due to different kind of wash, the shrinkage also different.
Because the denim jeans mostly made in Xintang town of Guangzhou, so this denim jeans market is not big as other markets, because have denim jeans market in Xintang, no need to come Zhongda fabric market to buy it
