What to include in your inquiry

The more you can tell us up front, the faster and more accurate the quotation. Ideally your first message covers:

  • What you want made. Sweaters, hoodies, dresses, t-shirts or a full range — a sketch, a photo or a reference link is enough to start.
  • Quantity per style. Our minimum is 100 pieces per style, and you can split them across sizes and colours.
  • Fabric or feel. A fabric name is best, but "soft, mid-weight, for autumn" works too — we source from the Guangzhou fabric markets.
  • Your labels and packaging. Whether you need your own brand on the neck label, hang tag and polybag.
  • When you need it. Sampling takes 7–10 days and bulk production 20–45 days, so a target date helps us plan.

What happens after you send it

You get a written reply within 24 hours: a price per piece, the sampling cost and a production timeline — with no obligation attached.

  1. Quote within 24 hours — send the design, get the price and lead time in writing.
  2. Sample in 7–10 days — approve the sample before any bulk order is placed.
  3. Bulk in 20–45 days — checked against your approved sample, then shipped.
  4. DDP to your door — the US, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
