Custom Skirt Manufacturer in China

Imily Clothing is a skirt supplier based in Guangzhou, China, working with importers, wholesalers and independent labels that need custom skirts made without opening a buying office in China. Our own team handles fabric sourcing, pattern making, size grading, sampling, trims and labels, and the sewing runs with the woven and knit factories we have worked with for years — one contact from the first sketch to the final carton.

We have supplied skirts to buyers in Australia and Europe since 2012, in denim, woven and knit constructions, from casual day skirts to tailored midi styles.

What we make

  • Denim skirts. Mini, midi and maxi, rigid and stretch, with washes from light to raw indigo.
  • Woven skirts. A-line, pencil, pleated, wrap, tiered, bias-cut and asymmetric styles.
  • Knit skirts. Ribbed midi and bodycon styles that sit alongside our custom knitwear line.
  • Casual and sporty. Tennis and skort styles, cargo and utility skirts, and jersey lounge skirts.
  • Co-ords. Skirts cut to match a top or blazer in the same fabric.

What you can change on an order

  • Fabric. Denim, cotton twill, poplin, linen, viscose, crepe, satin, ponte, faux leather and blends — bought to your spec through the Guangzhou textile market, or from a mill you already use.
  • Fit and grading. Your own size chart, or graded from a size you already sell.
  • Hardware and trims. Zips, buttons, snaps, eyelets, D-rings, elastic, belt loops and linings.
  • Finish. Topstitch, raw or clean edges, patch or welt pockets, slits and vents, pleats and darts.
  • Your brand. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging — nothing on the skirt mentions us. More on private label skirts.

Minimum order, sampling and lead time

The minimum is 100 pieces per style, and you can split that across sizes and up to three colours. Sampling takes 7–10 days once the fabric is confirmed, and bulk production is 20–45 days after you approve the sample. A sample fee of RMB500 applies per style and is credited back on the bulk order. Send a sketch, a reference photo, a tech pack or a sample you already sell to sales@imilyclothing.com and you will have a price per piece and a lead time within 24 hours, with no obligation.

How we keep the fit and the finishing right

  • Fabric checked on arrival. Shade, weight and shrinkage are measured against the approved swatch before anything is cut.
  • One approved sample as the reference. A signed-off sample stays with the order, and the first pieces off the line are checked against it.
  • Hardware function checked. Zips, snaps and closures are opened and closed on every piece before packing.
  • Two inspection rounds. Once after sewing and finishing, and again before packing — with waist, hip and length measured against your size chart, piece by piece.

Questions buyers ask

Can you work from a skirt I already sell?

Yes. Send us one piece and we will measure it, match the fabric and the finishing, and grade it into your size range.

Can you match a denim wash?

Yes — send a reference garment and we will match the wash on a pre-production sample, so you can see it on your own fabric before bulk.

Do you take small first orders?

Yes — 100 pieces per style, which is why the business is built around our low MOQ structure. If this is your first collection, see how we work with new brands.

Can the skirts carry my own label?

Fully. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging can all carry your brand, and nothing on the garment mentions us. Labels and swing tags are made from 1,000 pieces; the garment minimum stays at 100.
