Q: Is my information secure — will you spam my mail?
A: No. Your email address, mailing address and everything else you send us stays private. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. If your design is sensitive, we will sign an NDA.
Q: Do you have stock of the items shown on the website?
A: No — we are a manufacturer, not a stockist. Everything on this site is made to order, which is exactly why we can start from 100 pieces per style instead of requiring a container load.
Q: Can I put my own labels on the garments?
A: Yes. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags, price tags and printed packaging can all carry your brand. Labels and swing tags are made from 1,000 pieces — send us your artwork and we arrange them together with your production.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We work on bank transfer (T/T): a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance settled against the shipping documents before dispatch. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.
Q: How long will it take to make samples?
A: Sampling takes 7–10 days for most styles once fabric is confirmed. Sample cost is RMB 300 per piece for t-shirts and RMB 500 per piece for other styles, shipping excluded. When you place a production order of 100 pieces or more on that style, the sample fee is credited back against your order.
Q: How long does bulk delivery take?
A: Bulk production is 20–45 days depending on quantity, fabric and decoration, plus shipping. We can arrange DDP to the United States, all of Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, so duties are paid and the paperwork is handled before the goods reach you.
Q: How can I make sure the order is made correctly?
A: You approve a sample before production starts, and nothing goes into bulk until you confirm it. Before shipment you can request shipment samples, book a third-party inspection, or send your own agent to the factory. We also send photos and measurement reports at each stage.
Q: Can you make sales samples before I place a bulk order?
A: Yes. Sales samples are how most of our clients test the market before committing to bulk. Sample pricing is the same as above, and it is credited back once the production order reaches 100 pieces.
Q: Are you a factory?
A: We are a Guangzhou clothing development and production company. Development, fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making and sampling are all handled by our own team; the sewing is done by factories we have worked with for years, and we manage that production directly. You deal with one team from first brief to shipment, and if you are in Guangzhou we will take you to the factory producing your order.
Q: Why should I work with you rather than going straight to a factory?
A: Because most factories will not develop a garment for you. They expect a finished pattern, a tech pack and a fabric order, and they set their minimum around their own line capacity. We do the development, buy the materials and build the sample first — which is why a 100-piece order is workable, and why you only have to explain your idea once.
Q: Do you charge extra for sourcing the fabric and trims?
A: Sourcing is part of how we build your order, not a separate agency fee. Tell us what you need and we will quote the whole job — development, materials, sampling and production — as one number, so you are not assembling a price from three different suppliers.
