Imily Clothing sources the pieces that finish a garment. Based in Guangzhou, we buy buttons, zips, lace, labels, hang tags and packaging against your spec, check them against the garment they belong to, and ship them on with the order — so you are not running a second supply chain for the small parts. The trimming selection and the check are done by our own team; the garments themselves run with the factories we have worked with for years.

We have sourced trims and accessories for buyers in Australia and Europe since 2012, either alongside a production order or as a standalone buying job.

What we source

• Buttons and zips. Metal, resin and horn buttons, snaps, and YKK-type zips and sliders.
• Labels, tags and branding. Woven and printed main labels, size and care labels, hang tags and woven badges.
• Lace, ribbons and trims. Lace, ribbons, drawcords, elastic, piping and decorative trims.
• Packaging. Polybags, tissue, boxes, stickers and printed packaging.
• Interlining, thread and elastic at the weights that match your fabric.

How trim sourcing works

Send the garment spec, a reference sample or a photo and we come back with options at your price point. From there: we buy against your spec, match the colour to your approved fabric swatch, check count, size and finish on arrival, and ship the trims with the garment order — or on their own if you only need the trims.

Why buy trims through the same supplier

Because a trim only works if it matches the garment. A zip 5 mm too short, a label that shrinks in the first wash or a hang tag in the wrong shade of black are all problems you only discover at the warehouse, after the garments are already made. Buying the trims and the garments through one contact — the same way we run our other services — means the parts are checked against each other before they ship.

Where the trims come from

Minimums and lead time

Trims are not bound by the garment minimum. Woven labels and hang tags are made from 1,000 pieces, while stock buttons, zips and polybags can be bought in smaller quantities. Lead time depends on whether the trim is stock or made to order: stock parts move quickly, and custom labels, tags and packaging usually need a few days to produce after artwork approval. Questions buyers ask

Can you source trims without placing a garment order?

Yes. Trim sourcing can be a standalone job — you send the spec, we buy, check and ship the trims on their own.

Can you match a trim to a colour I already have?

Yes. Send a fabric swatch or a Pantone reference and we will match the thread, zip tape, buttons and label ground colour to it.

Can you put my own branding on labels and tags?

Yes — woven main labels, size and care labels, hang tags and printed packaging can all carry your brand, and nothing on them mentions us.

Where do you ship?

We deliver door to door with DDP to the United States, all of Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with the duties paid before the goods reach you.
