Clothing manufacturer focus on details

Anyone can say yes. The details are what you are actually buying.

Ask ten clothing suppliers in Guangzhou whether they can make your design and you will get ten versions of “yes”. The real question was never whether a supplier can make the garment — it is whether the finished piece matches the sample you approved, arrives on the date you were promised, and comes from someone who answers when a detail has to change.

That is the only thing we compete on. Imily Clothing is a Guangzhou clothing supplier: our own team looks after development, fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making and sampling, and production runs through long-term partner factories we have worked with for years. One contact, one window of responsibility, and a written checklist that has to be cleared before anything ships.

What “108 details” actually means

The number is not decoration. It is the checklist our team works through on every order, grouped into the four places where orders usually go wrong:

  • Fabric and trim — weight, hand feel, shrinkage, colour fastness, and whether every trim matches the approved swatch.
  • Pattern and fit — measurements against your size chart, grade rules across the size range, and how the garment actually sits on a body.
  • Cutting and stitching — seam allowance, stitch density, pattern matching at side seams and armholes, and clean finishing on the inside.
  • The details you only notice later — fusing, buckles, zips, buttons, labels, ironing marks and packing.

Miss one and the garment is not wrong enough to reject — just not right enough to reorder. That gap is where most brands quietly lose money.

What that looks like on a real order

  • Since 2012. We have been finding and closing these gaps one order at a time for over a decade.
  • 100% inspection and registration before shipping. Every piece is checked, not sampled, and logged against the order so we can trace what was inspected and when.
  • 50+ brands working with us, and growing. Most of them came back for a second order — the only review that really counts.
  • Modern digital production. The partner factories we work with run current digital machinery, which is a large part of how we keep cost down without dropping the checks.
  • Flexible on delivery. Before quoting freight we compare at least five logistics options, so you are not paying for the first price we were handed.

“Can do” and “do well” are not the same thing. We only promise the second one.

The full checklist, in plain words

Size and fit, fabric, trim, pattern, cutting, stitching, sampling, colour, fusing, buckles, style, ironing and packing — plus the ones that only show up on the third wash. If an order does not clear the list, it does not ship. We would rather hold a batch than have you be the one who finds the problem.

Start with a single style

The first step is deliberately small: MOQ is 100 pieces per style, a sample takes 7–10 days, and bulk production runs 20–45 days depending on the style and fabric. Send your design — or just a reference sample and a few details — and we will come back with a quote within 24 hours.
